After getting the products,there are 7 days to confirm the products' quality-if the product is with quality problems and they are proved to be caused by us,the seller accept the no reason to return/refund within 7 days.But the buyer have to offer the evidence first. Beyond 7 days confirming time,no reason return & refund is unacceptable.

A2: Our Minimum Order Quantity is 1 piece (1 PCS), making it easy for individual collectors, custom jewelry requests, and small business trials.
A3: We accept OEM and ODM wholesale orders and support partners by providing product images while managing production and delivery. You can run your storefront with no inventory and lower start-up costs.
A4: We offer a 7-day quality confirmation period upon delivery. If proven quality issues are caused by us, we accept returns/refunds within 7 days once evidence is provided. Beyond 7 days, returns are not accepted.
A5: We provide a Lifelong Warranty Policy. After 30 days, we guarantee the best maintenance and repair services at the lowest price, with all maintenance and freight costs borne by the buyer.
A6: We accept payments via West Union, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer. Shipping is processed securely using top-tier carriers including FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, and USPS.
