For samples, the MOQ is 1pcs. For customized bulk orders, the MOQ is 500pcs.

For sample orders, it takes 1-2 working days. For bulk orders, it takes 10-20 working days depending on your specific requirements.
Q3 What is the standard configuration of each set?
Each standard package includes: 1 USB cable, 1 smart ring, 1 user manual, and 1 packing box (charging case is not included in the standard package). An additional charging case can be added for an extra cost of $2.2/pc - $2.9/pc.
