1. Packing Detail: Each product packed with plastic preservative, EPE, foam plastic bag, Carton outside, wood case or iron case or as per the customer's special requirement. Besides, custom package takes a week to prepare.
2. Delivery Detail: As customers' requirements, fast delivery takes 3 ~ 5 working days, slow delivery time takes 7 ~ 15 working days.

How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the design is simple to get machined. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are very complicated in machining structure, which varies according to machining difficulty and quantity.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample production before moving to mass production to test its quality. It takes a small cost for CNC Program setting-up and surface finish.
What are your terms of payment?
Our standard payment terms are 50% T/T in advance, and the remaining balance before shipment.
What materials can you machine for custom parts?
We can process a wide variety of materials, including Nylon, Steel, Plastic, Brass, Alloy, Copper, Aluminum (such as Aluminum 6061 T6), and Iron.
What level of tolerance can your machining processes achieve?
