We offer a two-year limited warranty on each watch. Because Mechanical Watches are consumer products built for durability, the warranty period is longer, provided it is not artificially damaged. If it is damaged by non-human causes, we can replace or repair it for you.

Generally, our MOQ is 5-10pcs. We support mixed batch/wholesale pricing and don't have strict requirements. Please let us know the quantity you are looking to purchase so we can arrange details accordingly.

Usually we ship parcels by air express door-to-door. If you have specific shipping requests, please feel free to let us know. We also support FedEx, DHL, or other shipping methods to deliver to you.

Yes, we can provide a sample for you. For stock samples, please tell us which style you need, and we will offer a sample quotation (delivery within 3-5 days). For customized samples, please share your ideas so we can provide customized service and pricing.

30% deposit is paid to start the order, and 70% balance is paid before shipping. We accept payment through T/T ($25 extra Bank cost for each payment) and Trade Assurance (2% extra fee). We also accept Western Union and PayPal (4% extra PayPal handling fee) if needed. As soon as you confirm the order and payment method, we will draft a PI with order details for your reference.

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. You must pay these fees to release your order from customs upon arrival.
