We offer a two-year limited warranty on each watch. Because Mechanical Watches belong to long-duration consumer products, the warranty period is extended, provided it is not artificially damaged. If it is damaged by non-human causes, we can replace or repair it for you.
In general, our MOQ is 300pcs. However, for some special models whose materials are sufficiently in stock, we do not have strict requirements. Please share your target purchase quantity so we can check availability.
Usually, we ship parcels by air express door-to-door. If you have specific shipping requests, please let us know; we also support FedEx, DHL, or other carriers to ship parcels directly to you.
Delivery will depend on the final design and quantity. Please let us know your planned purchase volume and launch schedule so that we can coordinate with our production team to provide an accurate delivery timeline and avoid project delays. (Ps: 30-45 days for custom rotor; 60-90 days for custom watch)
Yes, we can provide samples for you. For in-stock samples, please tell us which style you need and we will provide a quotation; delivery can be arranged within 3 to 5 days. For custom samples, please provide your ideas so we can offer customized services and a custom quotation.
A 30% deposit is paid to start the order, and the remaining 70% balance is paid before shipping. We accept payments through T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, and PayPal. Once you confirm the order and payment method, we will draft a Proforma Invoice (PI) with order details for your reference. Note: As the recipient, you are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes imposed by destination countries; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival.
