Please send us your jewelry design idea. To provide an estimated price, we require specific details: size, weight, detailed high-resolution photos from different angles, and whether you want a plain design or a fully iced-out 3D design.
What is the next step after I get a quote?
After you accept the estimated price, we will prepare an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we will construct the CAD drawing. We will show the CAD drawing to you for final approval. Please provide feedback on any updates promptly to save production time.
What are the payment terms for custom orders?
For orders with a value below 1000 USD, we charge the full payment upfront. For orders above this amount, we require a 30% deposit to begin the process, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
DHL is our primary shipping method because of its speed and security. If you prefer to use other transport agencies, please let us know.
How are the products packaged?
We wrap each piece of jewelry in a PP bag, then arrange them securely in a shipping box containing sponge padding to prevent any damage during shipment.
Are custom jewelry items eligible for returns?
No, custom-made products are created specifically to your request and cannot be returned once completed.
