Our factory specialize in hip hop jewelry. The product line include chains, bracelets, pendants, earrings & rings, sunglasses, watch accessories. Besides traditional mens hip hop jewelry market, we also expand women hip hop jewelry.
No matter big wholesalers or small retailers, we can do both good service and price due to their markets. All custom made orders are welcome since we have our own designers group, they can design as customers' demand. For customers' own designs, as long as we made secret contract, then we never sell to others again.

1. How to make a custom made order?
Please send us your idea about the jewelry, such as reference pictures. We need key details to provide an estimated price, including size, weight, length, detailed photos from different angles, and whether you prefer a plain design or a fully iced-out 3D design. Once we receive this information, we will calculate the estimated price. Please note the final price may vary depending on the actual finalized design.
2. After I get a quote, how do we proceed?
Once you approve the quotation, we will issue the invoice. After payment is cleared, we immediately arrange the CAD design process. We will send the CAD layouts to you for final approval before commencing actual production. To ensure efficiency, please notify us of any required adjustments as early as possible.
3. What are the payment terms?
For orders under 1000 USD, full payment is required upfront. For orders exceeding this amount, we require a 30% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment. We accept T/T, MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, and Escrow.
4. Which shipment options do you offer?
DHL is our primary shipping method due to its speed and safety. If you prefer alternative shipping providers, please contact us. We support DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS.
5. How are the products packaged?
We pack each individual jewelry item in a PP bag. The items are then carefully organized inside a secure box lined with protective sponge cushioning to prevent any transit damage.
6. What terms of delivery and currencies do you accept?
We support FOB, CIF, and CIP delivery terms. Accepted payment currencies include USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUD, HKD, GBP, CNY, and CHF. Our support team can assist you in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.
